Hostel Warden's Decision

All payments must be made through bank-to-bank transfers (offline mode). We do not have online payment gateway facilities.

Prohibition of Alcohol and Intoxicants

The consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicants is strictly prohibited within the campus. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction from the hostel.

Payment Policy

The decision of the hostel warden regarding late hour entries is final and binding. Please respect and adhere to this rule to ensure the safety and harmony of all guests.

Dining Hall Rules

All meals, including tea and coffee, must be consumed and served in the dining hall only. No food or beverages are allowed in the rooms or other common areas.

Self-Service Policy

Guests are required to adhere to a self-service policy. This includes cooking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness.

Staff Service Restrictions

Hostel staff are not responsible for serving meals. Guests must manage these tasks themselves as part of the self-service policy.

Food Preparation

Only food items that have been pre-approved by the officials are to be cooked in the hostel kitchen. Please ensure to follow this rule to maintain order and hygiene in the kitchen.

Check-Out and Gate Timings

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. The main gate closes at 10:00 PM. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
